With over 15 years of experience in managing digital business transformation, Mr. Tarik MAAOUNI successively held management positions in the information systems for private and public companies in France and Morocco in several sectors: financial, banking, transport, maritime and logistics.
Graduate of an engineering school specializing in applied mathematics and computer science (ENSIMAG) and a Master in Finance from IAE de Paris, Mr. Tarik MAAOUNI joined National Port Agency of Morocco (ANP) in 2012, as director of the organization and information system, and to coordinate the construction of the National Single Window for Foreign Trade of Morocco (PORTNET).
This large project from a government’s political will and implemented through a public-private partnership has mobilized the active players and companies in the port community and Foreign Trade of Morocco around the objectives of competitiveness, transparency and sustainable economic development.

  • Mourad Mekouar : CEO, M2T

Mourad Mekouar is a graduate of San Diego State University. Since the end of 2006 Mourad has been active as General Manager, in various sectors: import and distribution of agricultural equipment, consulting and IT distribution & networks, export to Africa of various products, import and distribution in the sectors of food and electronics, brown and white articles and air treatment of mainstream multinationals. He also served as General Manager of a multinational with the launch in Morocco of online games.
Since the end of 2001, Mr. Mourad Mekouar has founded and developed M2T, a company specializing in secure payment services and solutions. M2T, present with subsidiaries in Morocco, Senegal and France also has activities in The Gambia, Madagascar and Nigeria. The company manages a global network of more than 3,000 payment points as well as the web channel and serves nearly 3 million customers monthly.

  • Saloua Karkri-Belkeziz : Chairman APEBI

Ms. Saloua Karkri Belkeziz is a graduate of Jussieu Pierre and Marie Curie University. She is currently Chief Executive Officer of Gfi Informatique Maroc, a leader in value-added IT solutions, with more than 300 employees and more than 150 MDHS turnover. She began her career as an Analyst Programmer at EUROSOFT in France; then once returned to Morocco, held the position of commercial technician at Bull. In 1987, she created Professional Systems, a computer company dedicated to supporting SMEs. The company was then spotted by the Gfi Informatique group, which invested in it in 2003 and becomes a subsidiary of the Group in Morocco under its chairmanship. She has long been a member of professional associations (CGEM, APEBI) before creating in 2000 the AFEM (Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Morocco), which she chaired for 6 years. Today she is the President of APEBI (Federation of Information Technologies, Telecommunications and Offshoring) since 2016.
