CIEMS Business Institute annonce le lancement officiel de son Certificat Exécutif en Intelligence Stratégique, un programme intensif de 120 heures conçu pour les cadres et dirigeants souhaitant maîtriser le cycle complet du renseignement économique.

Le programme couvre les quatre temps du cycle de l'intelligence stratégique : orientation, collecte, analyse et diffusion. Il intègre les meilleures pratiques internationales (SCIP, ICI) tout en s'ancrant fortement dans les réalités du marché marocain et africain.
Modules du programme
- Module 1 — Fondamentaux : définitions, posture éthique, cadre légal de la veille.
- Module 2 — Veille et collecte : sources ouvertes, sources humaines, outils numériques, OSINT.
- Module 3 — Analyse : grilles d'analyse stratégique (PESTEL, Porter, war-gaming), biais cognitifs.
- Module 4 — Diffusion : rapports de veille, briefings dirigeants, dashboards.
- Module 5 — Organisation : structurer une cellule de veille, gouvernance, KPI.
- Module 6 — Cas pratique : projet de fin de programme sur un cas réel apporté par le participant.

The program covers the four phases of the strategic intelligence cycle: orientation, collection, analysis and dissemination. It integrates international best practices (SCIP, ICI) while being strongly rooted in the realities of the Moroccan and African markets.

- Module 6 — Capstone project: end-of-program project on a real case brought by the participant.
