Sa devise : « Shaping the future through technology, management and decisions ».
Une conférence de référence
ICTMOD est devenue, au fil des années, l'une des conférences IEEE de référence sur les thématiques croisées entre management de la technologie, opérations et sciences de la décision. L'édition 2025 a réuni plus de 300 chercheurs et publié 101 papiers, désormais disponibles sur IEEE Xplore. Après Paris, la conférence rejoindra Marrakech en 2027 puis Portland (USA) en 2028.
Thématiques 2026
L'édition parisienne se concentrera sur six axes :
- IA générative et grands modèles de langage (LLM) — usages business et gouvernance.
- Fintech et finance digitale — supply chain finance, paiements transfrontaliers, regtech.
- Knowledge management — norme ISO 30401 et transformation organisationnelle.
- Intelligence économique et stratégique — veille, géopolitique économique, marchés africains.
- Blockchain et tokenisation — finance décentralisée, identité numérique.
- Data science appliquée — modélisation, prédiction, optimisation.
Appel à communication
L'appel à papiers est ouvert. Les soumissions doivent être faites en anglais via la plateforme officielle. Les meilleures contributions seront publiées dans les actes IEEE Xplore et certaines sélectionnées pour une extension dans des revues partenaires.

The 8th edition of the IEEE ICTMOD international conference — International Conference on Technology Management, Operations and Decisions — will be held in Paris, October 19–21, 2026, in partnership with EM Normandie Business School (Paris Campus). A reference conference
Over the years, ICTMOD has become one of the leading IEEE conferences at the intersection of technology management, operations and decision sciences. The 2025 edition brought together more than 300 researchers and published 101 papers, now available on IEEE Xplore. After Paris, the conference will move to Marrakech in 2027 and then Portland (USA) in 2028.
2026 topics
The Paris edition will focus on six tracks:
- Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM) — business use cases and governance.
- Fintech and digital finance — supply chain finance, cross-border payments, regtech.
- Knowledge management — ISO 30401 standard and organizational transformation.
- Economic and strategic intelligence — monitoring, economic geopolitics, African markets.
- Blockchain and tokenization — decentralized finance, digital identity.
- Applied data science — modeling, prediction, optimization.
Call for papers
The call for papers is open. Submissions must be made in English via the official platform. The best contributions will be published in the IEEE Xplore proceedings, with some selected for extended versions in partner journals.
