CIEMS Business Institute ouvre les inscriptions de l'Excellence Research Program, son programme phare d'accompagnement des chercheurs sur 12 mois. Cette initiative est dédiée aux jeunes chercheurs et aux enseignants en milieu de carrière qui souhaitent franchir un cap décisif en matière de production scientifique.
Une réponse à un constat
Beaucoup de chercheurs talentueux peinent à transformer leurs travaux en publications de référence — non par manque d'idées, mais par manque de méthode, de réseau ou de visibilité. L'Excellence Research Program a été conçu pour combler ce chaînon manquant.
Un parcours en 4 phases
- Phase 1 — Cadrage (2 mois) : positionnement scientifique, revue de littérature, formulation de la question de recherche.
- Phase 2 — Production (5 mois) : collecte et analyse des données, rédaction du papier sous mentoring.
- Phase 3 — Soumission (3 mois) : choix du journal, soumission, gestion des retours des reviewers.
- Phase 4 — Valorisation (2 mois) : publication, communication scientifique, transfert vers la pratique.

Comment candidater
Le dossier de candidature comprend : un CV scientifique, une note de positionnement (3 pages) et deux recommandations. Les candidatures sont reçues jusqu'au 30 avril 2026.

Many talented researchers struggle to turn their work into reference publications — not for lack of ideas, but for lack of method, network or visibility. The Excellence Research Program was designed to bridge this missing link.
A 4-phase journey
- Phase 1 — Framing (2 months): scientific positioning, literature review, research question formulation.
- Phase 2 — Production (5 months): data collection and analysis, paper drafting under mentoring.
- Phase 3 — Submission (3 months): journal selection, submission, reviewer feedback management.
- Phase 4 — Valorization (2 months): publication, scientific communication, transfer to practice.
